I'd never had a Thai massage before and I'm not sure I can go back to anything else now. If you're the type of person who's ever told a massage therapist to ease up, then choose the Swedish style massage instead. But if you truly like a deep tissue massage, the Thai massage will stretch, twist, push, and turn you into a pretzel (in a good way). I haven't felt this flexible in years.
